This is great information!
Some time ago we sent out a unit to Barfield. It was a gyroscope to be exact. Customer support was great. However the TAT was not what we expected. We ended up losing a sale because of it. Luckily we were able to save the sale today! Make sure you know an average TAT before you send anything in. Also, look into the C&I fees.
